Risk-free Bookings

Ready to get away? I know we are… However, we recognise lots of uncertainty still exists.

We are offering totally risk-free bookings. If government advice means you cannot travel on the dates you have booked, we are happy for you to move it to another date later in the year, subject to availability. This will be free of charge with no administration fee. This also applies if you or any member of your party become ill and tests positive for COVID-19 around the time you were supposed to be travelling and can no longer go on your trip.

If the new dates are more expensive, you can top it up and if the holiday is a lower price, we will issue you a refund for the difference.

We’ll be working hard to keep you safe

We are increasing the level of cleaning on every campervan, including anti-bacterial spraying of all surfaces and fabric. Please help us by returning on time to allow us to deep-clean the campervan for our next guests.

We will practise safe Covid-protocol during handover of the camper van, which will cover all its main features. We will email you our Campervan User Manual for bedtime reading in plenty of time before your trip 🙂

If you think you or someone you have been in close contact with has contracted COVID-19, please do not come to collect your campervan. Instead call us so that we can help you rearrange your trip. If we feel that someone could be suffering with COVID-19 symptoms when you come to collect, we may cancel your booking.
